Many many thanks for taking such a hands-on personal interest in making our off-site “evening in Spain” at the Hyatt Tamaya resort so special with your exceptional paella and flan that you brought to us. Our Madrid (Spain) High School Class of 1965 reunion would not have been the same without the special ingredients you added! I was playing overthere, we used to sing classical music, indeed it is a very fine place to to have an special dinner, greetings to Guillermo and Cecilia , by the way Omar will be playing there again!!!
i always stop by Cosmos Tapas for the entertainment and the wine. I went to the grand opening in 2009 and i still like it now.

This is a great and apparently under-appreciated restaurant. We live in Colorado and visit Albuquerque regularly — Cosmo Tapas is our committed stop. Mussels are great as are lamb chops. A way to eat just the right size meal!
I think you should keep the Cider, it was unique and tasty. Also, I can’t stop thinking about your empanadas…so good. Thanks for a great dinner!

Thanks for dinner on 08/20/2010; Cecilia made us a special dessert (plantains foster!) to celebrate the birthdays at the table. It was wonderful! The food and drinks were fabulous as always. We loved the cucumber twist on the margaritas.

Hey everyone, this is the best restaurant in Albuquerque. Personally i find myself eating there atleast 3-4 times a month but lately iv been there 3 times in the past 12 days. Its that great and i will continue to take friends and family for the best food and the best service in town.

After an extended absence due to the Holidays, I finally had the opportunity to return to Cosmo Tapas. This place just keeps getting better and better! I enjoyed the Spanish Wine Flight along with an assortment of phenomenal Spanish Cheeses! Awesome! Thanks for another exceptional evening Guillermo, Cecilia and staff! You never fail to impress!
